• After you place the order by email or our website, we will send you the Proforma Invoice of the cost of plant and estimated airfreight cost.
• The necessary information to ensure the delivery as below detail
• • Customer’s delivery address
  • Customer’s contact detail : Email Address, Telephone, and etc.
  • Broker’s contact detail : Name, Email Address, Company, Telephone and etc.
  • Destination Airport
  • Import Permit by email if any
  • Instruction if packing if any special required.
• The orchids will be shipped in carton box, all price are Ex-factory price.
• Each shipment, we will provide Phytosanitary Certificate, Cites Certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture of Thailand
• Payment Wire transfer to our bank as below bank account detail:
• Minimum order is USD 1,000.
• We accept advance payment at least 10 days before shipment.
• Claim - If there are claims, we must be advised within 3 days of the shipment arriving its destination. Further more we would require to know from you the following information;
• • The cause of damage if it can be ascertained
  • The extent of the damage
  • Salvage value - even if it is damaged there is always some value
  • Pictures showing the damage.
  • Import Permit by email if any
  • If the cartons are damaged from the outside, prior to taking delivery at the destination, please lodge a claim with air lines, with a copy to us.
• Please let us know your estimated shipping date so we can plan accordingly.
